Weighing a mere 65 grams in total with its carbon bracelet and titanium clasp, the DEFY Classic Carbon sets a new benchmark of precision for Zenith that extends beyond the in-house movement visible through its skeletonized dial. In relative terms, the watch weighs nearly half as much as an equivalent DEFY Classic model in titanium with a bracelet, a reference which is already significantly lighter than traditional metals like stainless steel and gold. The intriguingly nuanced appearance of carbon fiber gives way to a sensation that’s unexpectedly silky and smooth to the touch. It’s incredibly light but balanced weight makes it easy to forget that one is wearing a watch at all.

At the time of delivery, the shipment will need a confirmation signature. Kindly ensure that a designated person receives the shipment at the allocated time.

No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We cannot guarantee any particular delivery date. Items ordered together may ship separately. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO addresses, including U.S Territories/Provinces.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

Our international shipment orders are now fulfilled by FedEx Global Services. If a customer has placed an order for the international shipment, then they will pay the extra shipping cost and the optional custom duty, import fee, or any other fee that is applied in your region.

Furthermore, we won’t be able to ship our products to your country if our insurance partner won’t support your region.

We can’t provide assistance regarding the customs duty or import fee for your country. We would recommend getting in touch with the local authorities to know the respective import rates and fees that can be applied.

PAYMENT POLICY

RETURN POLICY

We encourage all buyers to be sure of the model before purchasing. We will honor returns within 48 hours of receiving if the product is not as described. We do not accept returns for “Buyer’s Remorse.”

A return of your product will only be accepted if you receive a different product compared to what was described in the actual listing. In this situation, the product would be accepted if it has been returned in the same condition as it was received and within the applicable duration.

If the returned product is tampered with, has some missing accessories/parts, or the factory marks/stickers are removed, the return will be not accepted. For all returns a 15% restocking fee would be applied.
